FRAME is a week-long, hands-on filmmaking intensive for middle and high school students designed to take participants through the complete process of creating original short films— from concept to final screening. Students will work in small production teams and collaborate across all major filmmaking roles including writing, directing, acting, cinematography, sound, and editing. Rather than learning film theory in isolation, students actively produce real short films in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment. The week concludes with a public screening at the San Angelo Performing Arts Center where students premiere their finished work for family, friends, and the community.

Day 6 – Premiere Screening Event (Saturday)
 - Final student films are presented at the San Angelo Performing Arts Center in a public
screening for family and friends. Students introduce their work and experience their films in a
theatrical setting with a live audience.

This workshop is for students aged 11-18

Ben's Bubble Show is a performance that combines art, science, and magic, using bubbles to create illusions, sculptures, and more. The show features a variety of bubble techniques, including large bubbles, bubbles of different shapes and sizes, and even people inside bubbles. Ben Jimenez, the performer, also incorporates humor and audience participation into his interactive show, making it suitable for all ages.

The Yuck Show combines science spectacles, silly audience stunts, and comedy in an imaginative production to both entertain and inspire wonder. Ping pong balls exploding into the air, slime oozing, and wild visual effects will have your kids excited for science!
