Zak Mirz

Zak is a first-generation American as his parents immigrated from Iran and Afghanistan. Unfortunately, at the early age of one, his father was murdered. Seeking comfort, Zak discovered magic tricks as an unexpected form of therapy. Today, he’s recognized as a rising star in the magic industry.

Besides being a magic advisor to David Blaine’s special “The Magic Way,” Zak also fooled Penn and Teller on “Penn & Teller: Fool Us!” and has launched his first special “Ticket for One,” now streaming on YouTube. Additionally, he has created a deck of cards to raise both money and awareness to fight human trafficking.
