Laura Willig

Laura Willig was born and raised in San Angelo, Texas. She attended Cornerstone Christian School and earned her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Studio Art from TCU in Fort Worth in 2011. Laura is the current Production Manager at SAPAC. She makes all the shows happen by arranging any technical equipment, backstage staff, and handling any other venue needs. She runs small events alone and manages crews of up to 55 people for large Broadway tours. She started out as a freelancer before getting hired as the house lighting technician. She moved into the role of tech director in January of 2020 and now as the Production Manager in June 2022. Her favorite part of event production is programming and running lighting. She has done production lighting for 10 years and looks forward to all the shows, local events, and national tours coming to SAPAC in the upcoming season.
